About the role
- (Senior) AI Engineer - Consultant helping clients implement AI solutions and integrate them into existing processes. Engaging in workshops to identify potential and analyze data for seamless integration.
Responsibilities
- Help our clients make practical use of artificial intelligence and develop solutions.
- Guide our clients on the journey to AI-supported processes and develop solutions that create added value.
- Develop AI solutions and integrate software solutions into our clients' systems – on-premises and in the cloud.
- Identify AI potential in workshops and meetings and ensure business value.
- Prepare and analyze data and integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Support clients with adoption, change management, and governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience in software development and deployment of software solutions (on-premises, cloud).
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably – both internally and to clients.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and motivation to actively shape AI projects.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
