About the role

  • You will ensure the referral partnership delivers maximum value through accurate billing, milestone tracking and proactive issue resolution
  • You will build familiarity with how complex partnerships operate in the telecommunications sector, acquiring skills that will propel your career in commercial operations or strategic program leadership
  • You will be part of a lean, high-impact team reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships; your analytical and process-improvement capabilities will directly influence how Terrion operates and evolves
  • You will develop a strong network across Terrion and TELUS while mastering stakeholder coordination in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
  • Monitor and analyze billing triggers, contractual milestones and performance measures related to the referral agreement
  • Validate data, assumptions, escalation paths and contractual obligations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Create and manage dashboards and analytical tools that answer leadership’s most important questions
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve partnership performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Terrion and TELUS teams to ensure contractual commitments are met on schedule
  • Design and improve contract execution, reporting and operational delivery processes
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), SLA-related performance and milestone completions, flagging anomalies before they become issues
  • Maintain accurate, auditable records documenting billing triggers, approvals and milestones
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership for the monthly joint governance committees that bring together Terrion and TELUS management
  • Translate complex partnership data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Support executive governance and reporting forums by preparing reports, analyses and briefing materials for governance meetings and strategic reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ program management experience, ideally in telecommunications, infrastructure or related sectors
  • Advanced data analysis skills and experience building dashboards and tracking tools
  • Proven ability to perform in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and rapidly switch between roles and challenges in a fast-evolving organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills to remove obstacles, particularly in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex interdependencies and competing priorities while keeping teams focused on objectives and successful outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical information for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with commercial, operational and technical teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace; preference for Google-based work environments
  • PMP, PgMP or Agile certification (asset)
  • Change management certification (CCMP, etc.) (asset)
  • Experience with SAP or Sitetracker (asset)
  • Experience with mobile network deployments and technologies (asset)
