About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical and coordination support at Boeing Everett and Boeing Field.
- Support requirements development, design reviews, and verification activities.
- Oversee FCE bench operations, maintenance, and Honeywell equipment issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams on Flight Controls hardware/software development, verification, and certification.
- Design and implement Primary/Auto flight functions (autopilot logic, flight director, envelope protection, data processing).
- Develop certification documents (requirements, design, and test procedures).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- 6+ years’ experience in the field of Flight Controls or related Controls.
- 6+ years’ experience in all aspects of the systems engineering process, from requirements analysis through verification testing.
- Advanced knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
- Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Python
- Experience with data analytics with strong math skills.
