Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and cost process optimization
Lean Manufacturing experience
Proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
