Collaborate with external legal advisors to manage corporate registrations, filings, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Establish and maintain electronic records of corporate documents.
Support the Executive Director with the preparation, review and distribution of board of directors' materials and resolutions as required.
Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax and financial operations.
Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.
Knowledge of US GAAP would be beneficial.
Hands-on experience with financial ERPs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Experience working with international contractors.
Experience in the oil and gas industry or with rig-owning companies is a plus.
Knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law and regulatory frameworks.
