Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct P&L reviews, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
Lead the month-end closing process, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.
Process semi-monthly payroll, remit payroll taxes, and collaborate with the People & Culture team on payroll updates.
Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Prepare working papers for audits, manage tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Assess internal controls, recommend improvements, and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
Experience with multi-entity operations across various countries is a plus.
Nice to have: Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor, Sage 50) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
