About the role
- Responsible for the accurate recording of ongoing business transactions
- Act as the central liaison with our tax advisor and support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare reports and analyses for management
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements
- Opportunity to further develop accounting processes and take on additional responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or commercial training with a focus on accounting
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in a dynamic or international environment
- Knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code)
- Ability to work in a structured, analytical and independent manner without micromanagement
- Strong interest in designing and continuously improving processes
