Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day accounting, payroll, and cash management activities.
Perform full-cycle accounting for the corporate office, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with supporting workpapers.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Assist with year-end audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.
Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, and weekly payment runs.
Process corporate payroll accurately and timely (e.g., biweekly or semi-monthly).
Manage daily cash position and bank balances; ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Prepare and record intercompany billings for shared services, management fees, and allocations.
Work closely with leadership and other departments to support corporate initiatives and reporting needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or holding company environment.
Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
Understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Experience with payroll processing (Paylocity preferred).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Familiarity with online banking platforms and wire/ACH processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
