About the role
- Senior consultant specializing in SAP SD to enhance digital transformation capabilities at Brivia_Group. Involves configuration, support, and optimization of SAP SD processes in the production environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on the configuration, maintenance and support of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module in a production environment.
- Perform configuration/parameterization of sales, billing, distribution and logistics processes, ensuring correct integration across areas.
- Configure sales document types, order statuses, payment terms and pricing determinants according to business requirements.
- Execute and validate the J1BTAX configuration for fiscal and tax processes in SAP.
- Ensure proper functioning of integrations between SD and accounting/financial areas, including OB40, OBYC and VKOA.
- Support analysis and optimization of sales and distribution processes, proposing improvements within SAP.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, and conduct testing and user training.
- Provide senior-level functional support, resolving incidents and requests related to the SD module.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in configuration and support of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
- Familiarity with sales, distribution, pricing management, billing, inventory management and logistics processes.
- Experience configuring sales document types, order statuses, payment terms and pricing determinants.
- Experience with J1BTAX configuration.
- Understanding of SD integrations with accounting (OB40/OBYC/VKOA).
- Desirable: experience or involvement in paper, pulp, packaging or forestry manufacturing companies will be considered a plus.
