About the role
- Support implementation of S/4 HANA across KWS with focus on Production & Logistics in the Cereals Business Unit
- Design, plan, implement and control SAP business processes
- Collaborate in global SAP S/4 HANA implementation with core business colleagues, project managers, and external consultants
- Translate business requirements into SAP technical requirements
- Act as Power User for modules MM/WM/PP and interfaces (EDI): provide support, consulting, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting
- Train users and create documentation
- Organize and coordinate user support in production and logistics, including ticket support and administration of roles and access rights
- Regular travel to Bergen-Wohlde; primarily based at Bergen-Wohlde site (alternative locations Berlin or Einbeck)
Requirements
- Studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification, or motivated career changer with relevant professional experience in commercial area with SAP solutions
- Knowledge of SAP, especially modules MM / WM / PP and SAP process modeling
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects
- Familiarity with interfaces (EDI), testing, troubleshooting and maintenance
- First professional experience in related areas (production & logistics)
- Project management skills across regional and cultural boundaries
- IT and technical affinity
- Good English language skills (required); other languages (especially German) advantageous
- Customer orientation, self-reliant and structured working style
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Ability to train users and create documentation
- Experience with ticket support and administration of roles and access rights
