About the role
- Consultant managing SAP PP module configurations and production processes for digital transformation company Brivia. Collaborating on production planning and MRP adjustments with functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Work on configuration and support of the SAP PP module, ensuring the proper operation of production processes.
- Perform parameterizations and adjustments in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) scenarios, including defining lot sizes, lead times and planning strategies.
- Configure and maintain production master data such as materials, work centers, Bills of Materials (BOM) and routings.
- Support the definition and execution of discrete, repetitive and process-oriented production scenarios.
- Participate in demand planning and production scheduling, ensuring alignment between involved areas.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure integration between the PP module and other SAP modules related to the production chain.
- Execute tests, validations and technical documentation of implemented configurations and adjustments.
- Provide functional support to users and assist in resolving incidents related to the PP module.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing and planning processes within the SAP environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the SAP PP module: deep understanding of core functionalities such as:
- Demand Management (planning)
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Production scheduling
- Master data configuration (Materials, Work Centers, Bill of Materials - BOM, Routings)
- Configuration of discrete, repetitive and process-oriented production scenarios
- MRP parameter adjustments (lot sizes, lead times, planning strategies)
- Definition of production order scenarios
- Experience in paper, pulp, packaging or forestry production companies will be considered a plus
