Responsibilities
- Join a global delivery team driving SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations across North America and India.
- This role leads finance transformation initiatives, ensuring successful design, integration, and go-lives for enterprise clients.
- Lead design workshops for GL, AR, AP, and Banking modules
- Oversee multiple S/4HANA go-lives from design through cutover
- Manage global functional teams across Canada, USA, and India
- Coordinate integration with BRIM, RE-FX, and Group Reporting
- Align Finance, Treasury, and other modules for seamless operations
- Review configuration and testing deliverables for quality assurance
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities
- Stabilize post go-live operations and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards
- Collaborate with technical teams on Fiori, CDS views, and BTP workflows
Requirements
- 10+ years SAP Finance experience
- 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (including Greenfield)
- Proven leadership of global delivery teams
- Deep knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Asset and Bank Accounting
- Experience with banking interfaces (MT101, Pain.001)
- Strong understanding of IFRS/US GAAP
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or IT (CPA or MBA preferred)
- SAP Group Reporting and Consolidation Ledger experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Knowledge of intercompany, FX revaluation, and period close (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and CDS views (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with BTP workflow integration (Nice-to-Have)
