About the role
- SAP Analytics Consultant providing support across various industries focusing on SAP Analytics systems. Working in a flexible environment from office or home, delivering solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for BAU, including improvement requests, service requests, incident resolution, and system monitoring
- Maintenance, and enhancement of SAP systems to ensure reliable data availability, reporting accuracy, and business continuity.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Work on upgrades, transports and testing requirements when required
- Support integration with SAP source systems and non-SAP data sources
- Maintain documentation of system configuration, support procedures and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial or technical field, ideally finance and accounting
- Experience in BW, BW/4HANA, BO, SAC, Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics
- Functional know-how in SAP/S4 HANA related systems (on-prem, private and public cloud)
- Solid understanding of systems scope, particularly system interfaces, software architecture and software configuration
- Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels with customers, team members and other stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills combined with the ability to interact effectively in a team environment considering all relevant timelines
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
