About the role

  • Plant Maintenance Project Manager overseeing preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities at YASH Technologies. Manage plant reliability programs and vendor coordination for equipment management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
  • Manage maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, breakdown frequency, etc.).
  • Develop maintenance project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
  • Lead shutdown/turnaround planning and execution.
  • Track costs and effort in a T&M model with time logs and work reports.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and procurement teams.
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and service partners.
  • Maintain asset registers, equipment history, drawings, manuals.
  • Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and incident investigations.

Requirements

  • 5–12+ years of experience in plant maintenance, engineering, or industrial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Experience in T&M engagement models and contractor management.
  • Proficiency with CMMS / SAP PM / Maximo / Infor EAM (as applicable).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred qualifications: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, PMP, CMRP.
