Responsibilities
Map and track project activities, including risk analysis, designing action plans with stakeholders, scheduling follow-ups, and monitoring after project delivery;
Ensure that deliverables meet the initial requirements and quality standards;
Identify and develop KPIs for operational and strategic efficiency by mapping performance, costs, and forecasts;
Support discussions and strategic decisions regarding performance and operational efficiency;
Assist in resolving dependency conflicts that affect the squad and the business/operations areas;
Produce and maintain reports with the key metrics for prioritized initiatives within the Channel Strategy area;
Support and facilitate decision-making by area leadership based on portfolio strategy, business risks, and technical execution feasibility;
Ensure effective project execution based on the prepared business cases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience in customer-focused (customer-centric) projects;
Experience in project management and/or as a Product Owner;
Knowledge of the full project lifecycle (requirements gathering, execution, testing, and deployment);
Experience creating and tracking project schedules;
Familiarity with agile methodologies;
Advanced Excel skills;
Advanced PowerPoint skills;
Knowledge/experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and its related products;
Product Owner certification (preferred);
Knowledge/experience with AI (desired);
Knowledge/experience with Azure DevOps (desired);
