About the role

  • Lead product-related training and enablement initiatives across Business Development (BD), Account Executives (AE), and Account Managers (AM)
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies aligned with product and GTM leadership goals
  • Translate complex product capabilities and roadmap items into digestible, scalable learning experiences
  • Create and maintain product training content: playbooks, battle cards, use case libraries, product release briefs, and demo scripts
  • Build and deliver engaging learning experiences for new products, features, and enhancements
  • Facilitate training sessions and certifications (live and asynchronous) and own onboarding/bootcamps
  • Introduce role-based simulations and real-world scenarios to drive product fluency in customer conversations
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Regional Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Ops to localize and tailor content
  • Maintain a centralized, version-controlled repository of product learning materials and recordings
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and certifications; track enablement impact via learner engagement and sales performance metrics
  • Own global product enablement initiatives and GTM enablement themes in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related Sales roles in a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and GTM teams (BD, AE, AM)
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing messaging
  • Proven experience building scalable training programs and learning content
  • Experience delivering onboarding, bootcamps, certifications, and training (live and asynchronous)
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle)
  • Experience leveraging call recordings, feedback loops, and performance metrics to improve training
