About the role

  • Sales Manager in the hybrid work model at Gewinnblick, promoting digital solutions for gastronomy and hotel industries. Engaging with existing customers and acquiring new leads effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our existing customers 🀝 – You will take on high-quality leads and regular customers directly, without needing to start with cold calling β†’ quick wins guaranteed
  • Acquisition of new customers & locations – You actively expand your portfolio
  • Documentation & proposal management πŸ“Š – With our modern cloud ERP solution (Odoo) you professionally manage your sales opportunities – always supported by our office team
  • Building and maintaining networks 🌐 – You will be integrated into our existing partner network around the gastronomy sector and continue to develop it
  • Team collaboration πŸ‘₯ – Close contact with your colleagues in the 20-person sales department provides input, reassurance and plenty of learning opportunities
  • Intensive onboarding πŸš€ – Through experienced senior salespeople, joint customer visits and our e‑learning platform you'll quickly be ready to manage your own projects
  • Shaping digitalization πŸ’‘ – You accompany your customers through their digital transformation and present smart solutions and options
  • Variety guaranteed πŸ”„ – Whether online or on-site: you present our products where they have the greatest impact

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or sales-related training – or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales (approx. 2 years) desired
  • Communicative & persuasive – you can inspire people
  • Determined, motivated & friendly – with a positive demeanor and enthusiasm for success
  • Open-minded & eager to learn – you tackle tasks proactively
  • Confident verbal and written communication ✍️
  • Ideally experience in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams
  • Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent qualification
