About the role

  • DEVELOP A SALES STRATEGY: Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity.
  • Implement the company’s commercial policy and define the optimal strategy for the French market in alignment with management.
  • Target vertical markets and develop the corresponding sales pitch.
  • Organize commercial outreach initiatives.
  • GROW SALES: Support sales representatives in meetings with strategic clients and in negotiating key deals.
  • Manage and retain the company’s major accounts.
  • Coordinate joint activities with marketing throughout the year.
  • Maximize sales (ARR).
  • MANAGE THE SALES TEAM: Motivate the sales team.
  • Define and coordinate the actions of all sales staff (SDR / AM / AE / Partner Manager).
  • Monitor achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensure correct implementation of sales techniques.
  • Oversee sales activity.
  • Enforce CRM and order management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of transport, logistics, and supply chain topics.
  • Significant experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge and application of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Experience working with quarterly sales targets.
