Responsibilities
DEVELOP A SALES STRATEGY: Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity.

GROW SALES: Support sales representatives in meetings with strategic clients and in negotiating key deals.

Coordinate joint activities with marketing throughout the year.
Maximize sales (ARR).
MANAGE THE SALES TEAM: Motivate the sales team.
Define and coordinate the actions of all sales staff (SDR / AM / AE / Partner Manager).
Monitor achievement of sales targets.
Ensure correct implementation of sales techniques.
Oversee sales activity.
Enforce CRM and order management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
Strong understanding of transport, logistics, and supply chain topics.
Significant experience in sales management and team leadership.
Knowledge and application of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
