Junior Sales Coordinator role supporting sales processes within Reaktor's Defence & Security business in Helsinki. Involves client engagement, lead generation, and sales material preparation in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Take charge of operational tasks that keep our sales efforts running smoothly.
Support sales processes and prepare sales materials, contracts, bid documents, and other export-related documentation.
Develop impactful presentations, reference decks, and solution descriptions.
Discover new opportunities, conduct lead generation and research on potential markets.
Participate in client meetings, contribute in creating compelling proposals and monitor procurement portals for new opportunities.
Engage with clients, handling daily communications and fostering strong relationships.
Collaborate with partners and subcontractors to strengthen sales efforts.
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in leading or supporting sales processes in the field of digital products or services.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to craft clear, compelling, and well-structured sales materials.
Good project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills – you thrive in a team-oriented environment but can also work independently, taking initiative and driving things forward.
A goal-driven mindset combined with curiosity to learn and grow in the world of sales.
Openness to travel for client engagements when needed.
Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
Finnish citizenship is required due to client and security regulations, and the selected candidate must successfully pass a security clearance process upon hiring.
