Responsibilities
Monitoring, assessing, and responding to customer accounts flagged for potential risk
Reviewing account activity and risk scores to detect signs of potential problem gambling
Initiating contact (via email or chat) with customers who may be vulnerable or exhibiting harmful patterns
Conducting affordability checks and supporting the application of limits, self-exclusion, or account restrictions
Escalating complex cases to senior analysts or compliance leads with clear recommendations
Maintaining precise case documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Contributing to process improvements, training materials, and the broader safer gambling strategy
Requirements
Previous iGaming experience, preferably within safer gambling, player protection or compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to see patterns and anomalies in data
Empathy, tact, and confidence in difficult or sensitive conversations
Analytical thinking: you can assess partial information and make reasoned decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Experience with risk scoring or behavioural analytics (bonus)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in iGaming, especially UK, SGA and MGA licences (bonus)
