About the role
- Accounting specialist in a leading waste management company preparing financial statements and developing processes within accounting. Engaging with auditors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses
- Intercompany Abstimmungen
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Behörden, Steuerberater und Betriebsprüfer
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse innerhalb der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Eigenständige Übernahme von internen Projekten
- Bearbeitung des Anlagevermögens
- Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Verwaltung von Schadensabwicklungen in Abstimmung mit der Versicherung
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Analysen und Auswertungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen insbesondere Excel
- Kenntnisse der Software Diamant sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
