About the role
- Consultant leading S&OP consultancy projects for clients. Engaging in demand planning and inventory projects while mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting project streams for S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory.
- Understand clients' real problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Supervise analysts and interns, reviewing deliverables and ensuring their development and learning.
- Manage client expectations at the focal-point level, and up to the managerial level with support from the project manager.
- Manage the project stream to which you are assigned in terms of scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our products and project methodologies, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development.
- Execute deliverable activities and guide analysts and interns in their execution.
- Map client processes and propose process redesigns, identifying critical points, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Specify new requirements for our tools to the Product team.
- Map clients' wishlists and propose tool improvements according to the defined process.
- Perform handovers to Customer Success, highlighting critical project points or SaaS reviews necessary for continuity in the CS journey.
- Support workshop preparation, including designing dynamics, and present parts of the material during events as defined for each occasion.
- Support the development of analysts and interns by transferring knowledge and assisting with their activities.
- Produce articles and videos to feed Marketing content channels.
- Propose methodological improvements that generate value for Plannera.
- Ensure alignment on project billing with the administrative team.
- Support the hiring process by conducting technical interviews for analyst and intern positions.
- Assist the commercial team in preparing proposals regarding technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (Master's/Postgraduate) are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in S&OP, S&OE, Operations, or consulting.
- Fluent or advanced English.
- Solid knowledge of S&OP and S&OE planning.
