Responsibilities
Support a maturing organization through critical HR objectives and key results
Cascade the vision of Quest Food Management Services ensuring effective communication of values
Develop and implement Quest Safety Program
Conduct safety training for employees on policies, procedures, and hazard recognition
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct inspections and identify hazardous conditions
Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Prepare files and reports for Leadership as needed
Support Recruiting and Onboarding of Team Members
Special Projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of related experience
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local safety and HR laws
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
Strong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
5-7 years’ experience preferred
Experience in Training and Development preferred
Prior experience in Contract Food Service Management Industry preferred
