Requirements
- You are studying Economics, Business Law, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You keep an overview even when handling multiple simultaneous appointments
- You enjoy coordinating appointments and reliably following up on agreements
- You like working with different people and departments
- You can adapt to different communication styles
- You contribute proactively and enjoy careful, solution-oriented work
- You are available to support us for up to approx. 18 hours per week
- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, is an advantage
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
