RiskOps Lead managing fraud prevention and AML operations at Topaz. Leading a team to ensure operational excellence in high-risk environments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and develop the RiskOps team, covering digital fraud prevention (OFD) and anti-money laundering (PLD/AML).
Lead analyses, investigations and remediation of risk events, fraud cases and AML alerts, ensuring quality, consistency and traceability.
Define operational guidelines, policies, metrics, SLAs and performance indicators for RiskOps.
Work closely with Data Science to evolve rules, analytical models, risk scores and detection strategies.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on the evolution of antifraud and AML solutions, bringing the operational perspective to product design.
Support governance processes, audits, regulatory requests and interactions with compliance teams.
Produce executive analyses, reports and strategic recommendations on risks, fraud trends and financial crime.
Contribute to the automation, orchestration and scalability of Fraud Prevention and AML processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics or related fields.
Solid experience in RiskOps, digital fraud prevention and/or PLD/AML, preferably in regulated environments.
Previous experience coordinating or leading teams, with a focus on people development and delivery management.
Experience in data analysis, event investigation and building risk mitigation strategies.
Clear and structured communication skills for interacting with technical and executive audiences.
Participate in the continuous evolution of solutions, proposing improvements based on risks, market trends and AI innovations.
Systemic and analytical mindset for decision-making in complex scenarios.
Develop and apply knowledge in LLM tools and AI agents, leading implementations for automation and efficiency.
