Responsibilities
Develop targeted RGM strategies across all five pillars (price, mix, ppa, promo, trade terms)
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM principles into category plans, innovation pipelines, and customer engagement strategies
Build and implement frameworks, tools, and KPIs
Support deployment and implementation of analytics solutions
Requirements
5+ years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance
CPG experience preferred
Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex financial models
History of cross-functional collaboration to address and solve complex commercial and business challenges
Understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats
