Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted RGM strategies across all five pillars (price, mix, ppa, promo, trade terms)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM principles into category plans, innovation pipelines, and customer engagement strategies
  • Build and implement frameworks, tools, and KPIs
  • Support deployment and implementation of analytics solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance
  • CPG experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex financial models
  • History of cross-functional collaboration to address and solve complex commercial and business challenges
  • Understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats
