About the role

  • Lead and drive annual and quarterly commercial planning process
  • Lead the planning and execution of four major retail campaigns per year
  • Serve as the primary liaison for boutiques and pop-ups
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising teams
  • Develop and implement Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives
  • Localize global marketing calendars for the Australian market
  • Collaborate with ecommerce (LEAP) teams
  • Engage with brand partners
  • Track and report on campaign performance
  • Review store staff incentives
  • Liaise with contractors, malls, and brand teams
  • Partner with supply chain and demand planning teams
  • Coordinate after-sales repair services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in retail marketing preferably within premium or luxury lifestyle brands
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in visual merchandising and/or local area marketing is highly desirable.
