About the role

  • Lead and manage DTC retail teams (District Managers, Store Managers) to achieve financial targets and KPIs
  • Drive retail sales and profitability in line with business plans
  • Oversee store visual merchandising and develop teams through training and incentives
  • Manage staff levels and payroll to optimize customer service and task execution
  • Conduct store audits and visits to improve service and performance across owned and partner stores
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and wholesale teams on sales, promotions, and inventory
  • Manage retail trading calendar and report market trends and business performance
  • Lead retail business development including new store openings and closures of under-performing locations
  • Align with regional teams for business growth and ongoing support

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant retail experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to implement actions based on market trends
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on results and performance
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Expertise in retail best practices and understanding of the retail landscape
  • Proficient in managing cross-functional strategies and business models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing District Managers and Store Managers
  • Experience with store visual merchandising, training, and incentive programs
