About the role
- We are looking for a skilled **Reporting Engineer** to join our team and support business decision-making through effective reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working with data and transforming it into meaningful insights.
- The role follows a **hybrid work model** and may occasionally require travel to countries where our clients operate.
- **Your key responsibilities will be:**
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements
- Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in reports
- Optimize and automate reporting processes where possible
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
- Support data-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in reporting or data analysis roles
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
- Experience with **BI/reporting tools** such as **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of **data structures** and **relational databases** (SQL is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally, based on project needs
