Responsibilities

• We are looking for a skilled **Reporting Engineer** to join our team and support business decision-making through effective reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working with data and transforming it into meaningful insights.
• The role follows a **hybrid work model** and may occasionally require travel to countries where our clients operate.
• **Your key responsibilities will be:**
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports
• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements
• Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in reports
• Optimize and automate reporting processes where possible
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
• Support data-related projects and initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in reporting or data analysis roles
• Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
• Experience with **BI/reporting tools** such as **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of **data structures** and **relational databases** (SQL is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally, based on project needs
