**Your key responsibilities will be:**
Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports
Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements
Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in reports
Optimize and automate reporting processes where possible
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
Support data-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
2–3 years of professional experience in reporting or data analysis roles
Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
Experience with **BI/reporting tools** such as **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of **data structures** and **relational databases** (SQL is a plus)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel occasionally, based on project needs
