- Senior MCU System Project Engineer responsible for system architecture of next-gen controller platforms for software defined vehicles. Collaborating with Hyundai and global Tier-1 partners for mission-critical vehicle control systems.
Responsibilities
- 시스템 엔지니어링 및 아키텍처 검토: 차세대 제어기 요구사항을 분석하여 MCU 기반 시스템 아키텍처를 검토하고, 글로벌 Tier-1 및 플랫폼 SW 제공업체와 기술 사양을 조율하며, 인도물(Deliverables)의 품질 관리 및 기술적 이슈(HW Pin Map 변경, BSW 통합 등)를 해결합니다.
- 플랫폼 소프트웨어 전략 수립: AUTOSAR 기반의 BSW 스택 및 가상화 기술을 포함한 공용 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 로드맵을 수립하고 설계합니다.
- 과제 관리 및 기술 리딩: 제어기 개발 전과정(Concept to SOP)의 마일스톤을 관리하고, 기능 안전(ISO 26262) 및 보안 요구사항이 반영된 개발 프로세스를 리딩 합니다.
- 이슈 분석 및 성능 최적화: 다중 제어기 간의 문제들을 bring-up 하고 시스템 레벨의 난제를 협업을 통해 해결합니다.
Requirements
- 임베디드 시스템 설계 경험: MCU 기반 시스템 소프트웨어 양산 경력 (8년 이상 선호 혹은 그에 준하는 역량)
- 프로젝트/과제 관리 역량: OEM 또는 Tier-1 접점에서 기술 사양 협의 및 복잡한 과제의 일정/리스크를 관리해 본 경험
- 표준 및 인증 지식: ISO 26262(ASIL-D) 및 ASPICE 기반의 개발 프로세스에 대한 실무 경험과 높은 이해도
- 기술 커뮤니케이션: 복잡한 시스템 구조를 시각화하고, 다양한 이해관계자와 논리적으로 소통하고 명세화 할 수 있는 능력
- AUTOSAR 전문가: Vector MICROSAR 등 상용 스택의 설정/통합 경험 및 SIP(Software Integration Package) 핸들링 역량
