About the role

  • Collaborate closely with business lines to transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
  • Analyze data sets to uncover insights and trends that inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures, data sets, and dashboards following departmental standards.
  • Create data visualizations and metrics that effectively communicate business performance.
  • Validate data accuracy through testing, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Map business processes and document data flows to support consistency and transparency.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data access, quality, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Foundational understanding of database concepts, reporting tools, and data analysis methods.
  • Experience with SQL development, data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms (preferred).
  • Exposure to data mapping, data mining, or business process documentation (preferred).
