About the role

  • Manage Registrar accreditations and assuring compliance to all regulations
  • Create and manage documentation related to registry processes, guidelines, and procedures
  • Provide technical and operational support to delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of registrar-related processes and projects.
  • Oversee and manage all incoming abuse issues on domains managed by Abion, ensuring timely resolution in line with registrar and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, including handling contracts, agreements, and invoices.
  • Lead price negotiations and cost-saving initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in database management systems and data entry tools.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial as Registrar Compliance Manager are responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable records.
  • Effective communication skills are essential to interact with users, provide support, and document procedures.
  • Ability to organize and manage compliance-related documentation, records, and processes.
  • Experience in a similar or related role, combined with familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements, will be considered a strong advantage.
