About the role

  • Strategic Sales Management
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, total revenue and market share regularly and implement action plans when necessary.
  • Participate in building, reviewing and adjusting budgets. (PE/Forecasts/Others).
  • Prepare budgets and projections from scratch for franchises that do not fulfill this role, both for strategic forecasts (3+9, 6+6, 9+3) and for the construction of annual rate grids and PEs.
  • Local and Cluster Team Management
  • Monitor and guide local and cluster commercial teams (sales executives, account managers, etc.).
  • Provide regular training, development and target alignment with properties.
  • Train teams on company tools and new processes. Ensure their implementation and audit them at year-end.
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees.
  • Atlantica Activations
  • Participate in and coordinate the company’s commercial activations (RoadShows, Regional Meetings, SalesWeek, trade shows, etc.).
  • Client and Key Account Relationships
  • Manage relationships with strategic accounts for franchised units when necessary.
  • Occasionally join commercial visits, events and important negotiations.
  • Act as an escalation point for conflicts or commercially significant opportunities.
  • Operational Routine and Travel
  • Make periodic visits to hotels, traveling at least biweekly.
  • Ensure active presence at openings, transitions or critical performance moments.
  • Atlantica Activations
  • Participate in and coordinate the company’s commercial activations (RoadShows, Regional Meetings, SalesWeek, trade shows, etc.).
  • Client and Key Account Relationships
  • Manage relationships with strategic accounts for franchised units when necessary.
  • Occasionally join commercial visits, events and important negotiations.
  • Act as an escalation point for conflicts or commercially significant opportunities.
  • Data Analytics
  • Collect data manually from units without connectivity.
  • Compile information manually to perform analyses and/or presentations.
  • Regularly report data migration failures – common in franchised units.
