Responsibilities
- Property Management: Betreuung von Sonderbauten mit Fokus Hotelsektor
- Mietvertrags- und Vertragsmanagement: Laufende Verwaltung, Nachträge und Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen zu Miet-, Kauf- und Nachbarvereinbarungen
- Schnittstelle & Kommunikation: Ansprechperson für Mieter:innen, Fachabteilungen, Asset Management und externe Dienstleister (z.B. Rechtsanwält:innen, Berater:innen)
- Projekt- und Sonderaufgaben: Mitarbeit bei Sonderprojekten (z. B. Verkäufe, Digitalisierung/Move to Cloud) und Erstellung von Präsentationen und Datenräumen
- Reporting & Eigentümervertretung: Erstellung von Reports für Asset Management, Überwachung von Versicherungsnachweisen und Vertretung der Eigentümerinteressen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder juristisches Studium
- Berufserfahrung im Hotelsektor oder bei Sonderbauten von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket; SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B (PKW)
- Sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Belastbarkeit
- Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere innerhalb Deutschlands und nach Paris
