  • Market Researcher at Mastercard’s Advisors Research Center in Paris or Casablanca. Developing insights and actionable recommendations for clients across banking and finance industries.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver value through the development of insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the European team
  • Create insightful presentations based on synthesized information from multiple sources

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in primary research
  • Quantitative techniques: survey design, data collection, and analysis
  • Qualitative techniques: designing and conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, online forums, etc.
  • Experience gained in a research agency or consulting environment
  • Ideally, experience conducting research in banking, payments, financial services, digital technology, or related industries
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to create client-ready materials
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a relevant Master’s degree is desirable
  • Languages: French and English required
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
