Responsibilities
- Develop and execute custom automation test scripts to support advanced applications.
- Operate in a SAFe Agile environment, creating automated test scripts to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, while implementing long-term solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and testing.
- Design and execute test cases to model financial software transactions, ensuring they meet business and model requirements.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Provide production support by tracking and troubleshooting application issues to sustain operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure application enhancements meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Facilitate customer and end-user testing, incorporating feedback through iterative test-and-learn cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of current experience in Selenium Automation Testing Tools
- Experience in End-to-End testing, UAT Testing, Regression and Performance Testing
- 3+ years in a Java environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field with a strong technical foundation.
- Ability to analyze and document business requirements for complex financial software logic.
- Experience designing and executing test cases for financial software transactions.
- Expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Java, with skills in back-end application development.
- Experience developing test plans and debugging applications in development or production modes.
- Strong documentation skills to capture steps in development, testing, and user acceptance processes for reference and internal controls.
- Familiarity with Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Deployment using DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to learn and understand business operations and requirements.
- Strong communication skills for engaging non-technical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver results on time.
