Responsibilities
- Support the company's integrated management system, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits on vessels to ensure compliance with QSMS standards and regulations.
- Identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, preparing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor and ensure the validity and compliance of vessel certifications.
- Manage and monitor vessel performance indicators.
- Participate in the review and update of QSMS-related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Develop and deliver QSMS-related training for shipboard personnel and administrative staff.
- Investigate incidents and accidents on vessels, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in internal auditing.
- Experience developing performance indicators (KPIs).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with management systems including ISM, ISPS and MLC.
