Design and embed best-practice processes aligned to ISO 9001, partner with Quality, Security & Compliance colleagues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to continually improve test coverage, automation and non-functional testing.
Analyse trends and project data, drive root-cause analysis, and reduce defects escaping to UAT/production.
Ensure resource planning and utilisation are in place, maintain training and development plans, and keep the team motivated, skilled and supported.
Deliver high-quality software that meets customer requirements and System C standards.
Requirements
Strong track record leading QA/testing in Agile and waterfall environments, with deep knowledge of test methodologies.
Experience establishing automation and non-functional testing frameworks; familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Xray, Jenkins, Selenium, SoapUI and Postman.
Proven ability to manage and influence at all levels and drive collaboration across internal and external teams.
Helpful: experience with Local Government information systems; relevant certifications (ISTQB/ISO 9001/Scaled Agile).
