About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess legislative changes (tax and social security law) and derive concrete functional requirements
  • Create and execute functional test cases
  • Perform compliance and quality tests, including structured documentation
  • Conduct risk assessments for legislative changes and define appropriate quality assurance measures
  • Support release and approval processes (e.g., ITSG reviews)
  • Liaise with industry associations and working groups

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in payroll
  • Strong knowledge of tax and social security law as well as payroll reporting requirements
  • Confident in interpreting statutory regulations
  • Analytical, structured working style and a strong focus on quality
  • Enjoys professional exchange and cross-functional collaboration
  • Nice to have: Experience testing payroll systems or working in project environments
  • Basic technical understanding of software processes
