Responsibilities
Design, lead, and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that ensures the reliability, performance, and quality of our entire platform.
Lead and grow the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of quality across the organization by mentoring team members and defining best practices.
Architect and implement scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks.
Develop and manage test plans for our mixed fleet of mobile robots including testing in both high-fidelity simulations and on physical hardware.
Establish processes for validating our cloud services and AI-powered inspection skills.
Integrate QA processes seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines and provide clear feedback to development teams to continuously improve product quality.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
More than 5 years of proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role, with a track record of defining test strategies and leading testing efforts for complex software products.
Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Cypress) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python is highly preferred).
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like GitLab or Jenkins in a Linux/Ubuntu environment.
A holistic understanding of complex, distributed systems.
