About the role
- Proactive QA Engineer focusing on manual and automated testing. Working on complex systems across web and mobile applications in a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- **Key Responsibilities :**
- Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Katalon (web & mobile).
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for multi-layered platforms (front-end, backend, APIs, and external integrations).
- Create and manage test cases in TestRail, ensuring full coverage of requirements.
- Perform API testing with Postman or similar tools.
- Execute manual testing for specific cases (web, mobile, and cross-platform)
- Produce and maintain clear QA documentation based on technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify gaps, debug complex issues, and improve test efficiency.
- Participate in defect reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
- **What we are looking for: **
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proven experience in test automation (web & mobile).
- Hands-on experience with Katalon or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and test design techniques.
- Experience with API testing (Postman or similar).
- Familiarity with TestRail or other test management tools.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).

- Programming/scripting experience in Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance or security testing.
