About the role

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, test cases, and scripts.
  • Conduct test execution to ensure coverage and validate against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform UAT and collaborate with end users to confirm solution acceptance.
  • Log and track defects, performance issues, and usability gaps.
  • Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements, processes, objectives, and workflow gaps.
  • Perform requirements elicitation, documentation, and use case development (standard, alternate & error flows).
  • Create meaningful user acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Document BA & QA processes including improvement opportunities.
  • Identify automation candidates, document test flows/data dependencies, and execute using approved tools.

Requirements

  • Windows Server Experience
  • SDLC – Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Intermediate experience with Visual Studio / TFS / VSTS
  • Intermediate experience with STLC
  • Intermediate .NET applications & ETL experience
  • Intermediate SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2016 SSIS / SSRS
  • Strong backend database testing (Indexes, Triggers, Stored Procedures, Packages)
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
