About the role

  • Plan test strategies and scopes for software deliveries;
  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests;
  • Automate test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks;
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defects clearly and accurately;
  • Perform regression, performance, security, and usability tests;
  • Analyze requirements and define acceptance criteria together with the team;
  • Document test evidence and results for audit and control;
  • Support and mentor junior analysts and trainees;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and practices;
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective);
  • Monitor quality metrics and track product indicators.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, regression, and integration)
  • Experience testing web and mobile systems and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and QA-focused DevOps practices
  • Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, Appium
  • Ability to create and maintain automation scripts integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation
  • Proficiency with test and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
  • Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Insomnia
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Git and continuous integration.
