Responsibilities
- Coordination and oversight of projects from proposal preparation to completion, including internal and external communication
- Identification and joint resolution of issues during the project lifecycle and in processes to ensure smooth implementation across all projects
- Active contribution to the development and optimization of internal company processes and tools
- Support in the asset refinancing area
- Assistance with administrative and managerial tasks (monitoring inboxes, research work, placing orders, etc.)

- Experience as a team assistant / project assistant or in similar positions
