About the role

Responsibilities

  • You support our subsidiaries in making operational processes related to project tendering and procurement procedures for engineering services efficient.
  • Continuous monitoring of relevant procurement platforms (EU, federal, state, municipal/city, and private).
  • Early detection and identification of new business opportunities and proactive reporting of potential leads to senior management.
  • Preparation, compilation and submission of public tenders and pre-qualification documents, as well as management and coordination of external service providers involved in the tendering process.
  • Maintenance and administration of reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents).
  • Close collaboration with operational and commercial teams to prepare proposal content.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and coordinating with clients.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in public procurement, bid management or in a legal / tender-related environment.
  • Very good knowledge of procurement regulations and procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services.
  • Structured, independent and result-oriented working style combined with strong team spirit.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems).
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
