Responsibilities
You support our subsidiaries in making operational processes related to project tendering and procurement procedures for engineering services efficient.
Continuous monitoring of relevant procurement platforms (EU, federal, state, municipal/city, and private).
Early detection and identification of new business opportunities and proactive reporting of potential leads to senior management.
Preparation, compilation and submission of public tenders and pre-qualification documents, as well as management and coordination of external service providers involved in the tendering process.
Maintenance and administration of reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents).
Close collaboration with operational and commercial teams to prepare proposal content.
Ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and coordinating with clients.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration.
Several years of professional experience in public procurement, bid management or in a legal / tender-related environment.
Very good knowledge of procurement regulations and procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services.
Structured, independent and result-oriented working style combined with strong team spirit.
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems).
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
