Managing building-permit procedures for mobile communication towers from preparation through submission of the building application
Coordinating and directing individual tower construction projects
Creating new projects, maintaining the database and providing regular project reporting
Monitoring deadlines and schedules
Continuously monitoring and improving established processes
Obtaining quotes for project execution and communicating with contractors and contract partners
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, environmental planning, architecture or landscape planning, or vocational qualification as a draughtsperson/technical draftsman/technician (or equivalent), or relevant professional experience in the mobile communications or construction industry
Ideally experience working with government authorities/regulatory bodies
Good knowledge of and experience in project management
Assertiveness and strong communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
