About the role

• Project Manager with a focus on Agile project management to deliver technology solutions for clients. Leading client relations and cross-functional teams at Valiantys in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project management, leveraging Agile principles, from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met with excellence, timelines are adhered to, and project budgets are actively monitored and controlled.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, architects and other specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Efficiently allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt as needed to meet project goals.
• Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure the final product meets and exceeds quality standards through meticulous testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to develop high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and other commercial documentation. Contribute to deal shaping by providing delivery insights and risk identification to support successful and profitable engagements.
• Develop a deep understanding of our technology stack and solutions to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports.

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration — or you are PMP certified.
• You ideally come from a Professional Services environment within a software vendor or consulting firm, and have a proven track record in managing end-to-end projects under fixed-price contracts.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Integration (Infrastructure and/or Software)
• You’re known for your structured approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to balance delivery excellence with customer value.
• You speak English at a professional working level.
• Experience with the Atlassian stack is a nice plus.
