About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate global rollout activities across OT environments and regions.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support risk and issue management.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Organize and lead project meetings (status, steering, etc.).
- Track progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate with OT site leads, cybersecurity teams, and third-party partners.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with internal governance.
- Support change management and coordination.
- Advise on the development and rollout of OT cybersecurity requirements, including network segmentation, access control and asset inventory.
- Review and validate technical and procedural deliverables related to OT cybersecurity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Understanding of OT systems, protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3), and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender for IoT)
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443) is a plus
- English fluent.
