About the role
- Provide 'hands-on' project management of projects throughout their life cycle: leading projects from initiation, through requirements & design, solution development, testing, and deployment
- Customer facing role providing status reporting regarding project progress, key milestone dates, identify risks/issues/dependencies to all project stakeholders
- Create and manage effort/budget estimates for all stages of the implementation projects, including the identification and justification of additional effort/budget required
- Manage the project scope and changes
- Management of project resources
- Evaluation of project lessons learnt
- Manage client relationships and our touch points with customers and internal teams
- Suggest enhancement to solution delivery process, establishing practices, templates, and tools to enhance and expand the delivery of projects within the business.
Requirements
- Project Management Certification
- Experience leacing technology/software projects
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Salesforce
- Proficient in French (a nice to have)
- Customer facing experience
- Mid-level experience
