About the role

  • Provide 'hands-on' project management of projects throughout their life cycle: leading projects from initiation, through requirements & design, solution development, testing, and deployment
  • Customer facing role providing status reporting regarding project progress, key milestone dates, identify risks/issues/dependencies to all project stakeholders
  • Create and manage effort/budget estimates for all stages of the implementation projects, including the identification and justification of additional effort/budget required
  • Manage the project scope and changes
  • Management of project resources
  • Evaluation of project lessons learnt
  • Manage client relationships and our touch points with customers and internal teams
  • Suggest enhancement to solution delivery process, establishing practices, templates, and tools to enhance and expand the delivery of projects within the business.

Requirements

  • Project Management Certification
  • Experience leacing technology/software projects
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Salesforce
  • Proficient in French (a nice to have)
  • Customer facing experience
  • Mid-level experience
