Responsibilities
Act as lead in the development of a Configuration Management Plan for the IT directorate
Utilize SharePoint and TechDoc to edit, modify permissions, publish documents
Review and edit technical documentation for consistency and accuracy
Coordinate and facilitate access to Controlled Unclassified information (CUI) within the TechDoc system
Review documentation for compliance with NPR 7120.7
Deliver training to managers, supervisors, peers, and external contractors
Track action items related to documentation and configuration management
Serve as backup for Physical Configuration Audits and Configuration Management functions
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent
8 years of relevant experience
Project management experience with mid to large complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience with configuration management procedures across a wide variety of disparate assets
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive)
